1. Service
Astryón Aegis Shield provides an AI compliance gateway that redacts regulated data from AI traffic before forwarding it to model providers.
2. Zero-Retention Processing
We do not persistently store prompt or completion content. Only operational metadata is retained for audit logging.
3. Service Level Agreement
Enterprise Production plans include a 99.99% monthly uptime commitment. Service credits apply if this target is missed.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping API keys confidential and for configuring policies appropriate to your use case.
5. Fees and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance. All paid plans carry a 14-day no-questions-asked refund, and you may cancel at any time.
6. Data protection
Our processing of personal data is governed by the Vendor Data Processing Agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days.
